I hired a professional seamstress to create my Maiden Rose uniform. I typically commission outfits if the character means a lot to me. I don't want to mess everything up by making the costume myself (I never feel my seams are strait enough) With all the materials and commission fee combined, I'd say I paid about $400 for the finished product. Worth it. My seamstress Pam is fun, friendly and extremely talented. She is willing to negotiate on prices and is always eager to take on exciting projects.
