Getting makeup done without clothing on is more common then some may think. Since costumes (And most dresses) Have collars or involve white, a lot of MUAs (makeup artists) prefer to do your makeup without getting it on your outfit. As long as your costume buttons or slips on NOT over your head...yeah...a lot of the pros prefer it this way for in depth makeup.
Myke even put some makup on my boobs to contour them. It worked really well. They look twice as big just because of the shadows he added 0_0 youll see when I post the photos!
